Thesis Title: Revolutionista: Feminism and Devouring the Zeitgeist One Burnt Cupcake at a Time
About
I am researching strategies to enhance the relevance of feminism among mainstream audiences via mass awareness. My main interest areas are women's human rights, gender, culture, microfinance, activism, ethics and new technologies.
Previously I worked for some years in the finance/ insurance/teaching industries in Brisbane, London and Tokyo. This experience has helped shape the semi-corporate approach I advocate for the potentialities of strategic planning with regard to feminisms and (both traditional and newer forms of) feminist activism as I believe that human rights violations against women throughout the world need to be addressed with urgency and focussed feminist organisation.
